Fulham FC is recruiting for positions as Stewards and Hospitality team members to work in the new Craven Cottage stand.
What will I do?
We are looking for local people to provide an excellent level of care, support, and safety for our visitors. It’s not only on match days we are busy you may also work on tours, and even sometimes in the Hospitality area.
The course
On the Stewardship Programme you will receive training in Spectator Safety, Customer Service, Work preparation, Function skills, and work placement skills. It will be an intense 4–6-week programme with interviews at the end for the roles.
Eligibility
You must be between 19-24 years old, have lived in the UK for 3-years; have the right to live and work in the UK; be unemployed and in receipt of benefits/ or employed but earning under £19K per year.
The opportunity
We will have a state of the art, conference, and hospitality facility and a range of roles and environments to work in providing employment throughout the week which is flexible and exciting.
You will achieve portable qualifications that allow you to gain employment with us and other events organisations.
Those that are successful in the end-of-training job interviews, will also be able to join our apprenticeship programmes in Customer Service, Administration, Hospitality, and Team leadership.
