What I needed was a simple, focussed way of supporting my own customers to tackle their own projects. I needed a user-friendly system to help them though the cycle of scoping, and then managing the monthly, weekly and daily tasks until successful project completion. One area that was very important to me, was a system that also focused more on the human and change management side of project management. The project management system also had to be quick to coach, and naturally cost effective in terms of time and budget.
