Outline of the Job

To maintain a high standard of the food preparation, cooking, service, and storage at the site. Taking an active role in cost reduction, control of resources and portion control. Working in line with Barons and legal Food Safety, Health and Safety and Trading Standards requirements, policies, and procedures. Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment with practices. Effectively communicating with the kitchen and front of house team.

Working with the Head Chef to meet Barons key Objectives: that the site will be run professionally, profitably, efficiently, and compliantly. To ensure legal compliance and the delivery of Barons Values and Competency Framework.
