Outline of the Job
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, the work will be within the restaurant and bar in the restaurant. You will be expected to assist with standard daily service as well as upcoming engagements, such as weddings, corporate meetings and other large-scale events. The job will entail both service on the floor for food and drink as well as behind the bar for drinks. This role also requires you to be responsible for all table service duties as well as prep work and closing down tasks.
No experience is needed as training will be provided in house to develop the skills. The main requirement would be an ability to listen to customers and be proactive in handling and resolving customer issues, and a good attitude as this will be considered a front of house job.
