Outline of the Job

The primary role of our Receptionists is to welcome all guests and ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded for the duration of their stay. You will need to be able to deliver strong customer service with the ability to problem solve and multitask. The receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, and emails, dealing with a range of customer requests and taking reservations. You will need excellent communication skills to liaise with all departments when necessary to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. You will maintain a friendly and professional manner with all guests, and seek feedback on their experience to allow the hotel to improve and recognise departments that are thriving.

Key Skills

A background in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. The skills will be developed through training in house. The main requirement would be an ability to listen to customers and be proactive in handline and resolving customer issues
