Outline of the Job
This is an entry-level position for a driven individual who wants to learn and develop within an office-based role.
The main duties include:
Answering phones, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages
Greeting and providing refreshments for visitors
Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and printing.
Receiving and distributing incoming mail and deliverables.
Posting letters and parcels
Monitoring and ordering office provisions.
Maintaining the general tidiness of the office area, liaising with the cleaning team to ensure standards are maintained.
Any other admin tasks as required by the team.
Basic knowledge of MS programs (Word, Excel and Email).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Ability to work in a high paced environment.
Proactive approach to problem solving and can-do attitude.
Good timekeeping and time management is essential.
