Outline of the Job
You will be responsible for supporting the Orders Manager with general office logistics and help with organising sales and deliveries to customers. You’ll need to be a great communicator and have a proactive approach to work, The job will include answering telephone calls and queries, packaging orders for delivery to clients, managing all incoming and outgoing post/couriers, preparing samples of wallpapers and fabrics or delivery to customers and managing ad-hoc requests from around the business.
Applicants need to be able to communicate with various people around the business in a professional yet friendly manner and be very organised. You will need an ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities, have a can do attitude and don’t need to be asked or reminded about completing your various jobs. You should be proficient using IT including: Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
