Outline of the Job

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Announcing clients as necessary. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying and filing. Keep reception and surrounding areas neat and tidy. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. Sorting and distributing mail .Provide excellent customer service.

Key Skills

Some experience or qualification to suit role would be preferable

Good time management skills needed.

Knowledge of IT systems.
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
Able to manage time effectively.
Ability to work both alone and in a team.
Awareness of health and safety procedures.
Reading skills for following instructions.
