This Teaching Assistant/Education and Training course will enable learners to understand the role and responsibilities of a teacher in either an education or training environment, as well as understanding the relationships that exists between different professionals in educational and training.

The course covers how to create a learning environment that engages and motivates learners, and the planning, delivery and evaluation of inclusive teaching and learning.

This is an introductory teaching qualification.
