What is Employability?

We run Employability courses which are designed to focus on providing you with the skills required to become more employable. Moreover, we work alongside job centres to support all of our learners to reach their full potential. In addition, we also offer within our Employability Courses an aftercare service which will work with you to support you to find work upon completing the course. We want to help all our learners to have the right skills, knowledge and behaviours to work in their dream job. 

The Benefits of Employability Courses

What are the benefits of the Employability Courses? Each of our courses will include safeguarding training, initial assessments on Maths and English as well as help you improve as an individual. We like to stretch and challenge our learners to improve on their knowledge and apply it within their job roles. Additionally, we offer many different Courses from: Construction, Digital Skills and Warehousing and Storage. Added to this, Each course is supported by a tutor that will be on hand to help you every step of the way while you are with us. Eligibility for our courses

To be eligible for our Employability courses you will need to meet the following requirements: 

You must:

  • Be 19 or over
  • Have a valid passport, driving licence or birth certificate
  • Live in the UK for 3 years or more
  • Actively seek employment

And one of the following must apply to you:

  • Unemployed and claiming benefits
  • Work 16 hours per week or less and/or earning under 17K PA & claiming benefits
