Description

The Learning and Development Practitioner (Level 3) apprenticeship is ideal for those starting out or currently working in a learning and development or training department.

The apprenticeship will provide learners with an understanding of the theories that underpin effective adult and work-based learning.

The apprenticeship will take between 18-24 months plus EPA to complete. Companies are able to offset costs for the course using the UK Government Apprenticeship Levy Scheme.

We offer apprenticeship training to employers wishing to upskill their new or existing employees.

Anyone newly appointed to roles in Learning Development departments, across all industry sectors, including other designations such as:
