Anyone looking for a role that works with customers, internal or external to a business, should take a look at this apprenticeship.
This programme will provide you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to understand customer needs, manage customer expectations, use appropriate communication skills to interact with customers.
Apprentices will need GCSE Grade A to C or a Level 2 Functional Skill in Maths and English.
