A Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship will help you gain the skills, knowledge and behaviours that are required to work in a standard Customer Service role in a variety of working environments such as retail, contact centres, leisure, and hospitality facilities across many industry sectors.
You will gain the skills knowledge and behaviours to equip you to deal with more complex and technical customer requests, complaints and queries.
In addition you would be able to gather and analyse data and customer information that may influence change and improvements in systems within the organisation.
