We work in partnership with our clients, taking the time to understand the employer’s business aims and objectives and ensuring that their training strategy is aligned with this.

We sit down with you to really get to know you, your goals and how your training strategy is aligned to your recruitment, retention and succession plans. We then help you identify the best route to success and tailor our service to support your requirement.

Here are some of the ways we’re currently supporting clients:

• Bespoke apprenticeship or training programmes: we can create bespoke programme to complement existing training schemes.

• Outsourced delivery: we can work as part of your in-house team to deliver your training programme.

• Short courses (AEB, ESFA, NSF): we provide a range of funded vocational courses for learners who want to progress in their job and /or get back into employment. We also fund English and Maths for learners 19+ who have not previously achieved a GCSE qualification.

• Dedicated recruitment service: we can work with you to source new apprentices and staff
