As the Estée Lauder Companies UK & Ireland adapted to virtual working during the pandemic, kickstart provided an optimal avenue for the business to take on 17 long term unemployed young people at the start of their career enabling them to gain some valuable experience. ESP gave ELC the framework to set the young people up for success within the virtual working environment and the company has had a few exciting temp to perm success stories.

During this time, ESP also ensured that ELC’s retail areas managers remained engaged and enthusiastic whilst completing learning on their Level 4 Team Leader Apprenticeship. The team also supported a few cohorts of employees with direct reports, as they navigated managing virtually through technology, by bestowing them with the tools required to successfully lead and inspire their team through the Leadership Level 5 apprenticeship programme.
